OUR EXPERTISE
Odortool’s Expertise is Aerobe Biological Emission Reduction. Our focus are airstreams which need removal of Sulphur compounds. Our bacteria oxidize the Sulphur compounds, with a performance over 99%, biologically into Sulfuric acid.
(Drainwater contains < 1% H2SO4 solution).
OUR PRODUCTS
We design, manufacture, supply and install Biological Emission Reduction Installations and provide support to operate and to improve their performance. Our installations perform successful, 365 days per year nonstop and require minimal maintenance, they are very cost effective.

"ODORTOOL CONTINUED WHERE BIOWAY STOPPED"
Johan van Dijk was founder and 50% owner of the Bioway group which started in 1995.
“I was searching for the purpose in life, the way I lived my life was not good. God gave me in 2007 the opportunity to get to know His Son Jesus Christ The Messiah. I embraced this opportunity with open arms. The Lord, His Son, showed me the purpose of life. He asked me to accept Him as my Lord and Deliverer and to turn away from the sins in my old Life. I accepted and promised to obey, since that choice my life changed completely “
The consequence of this choice was a split of the management, the two owners, of the Bioway group.
The loyal members of the Bioway America Inc. team returned. With the help of our suppliers, especially Craig Pistulka, President of Design Solutions and Integration Inc. based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota USA, were we able to complete over a dozen of unfinished projects.
The Bioway group dissolved in 2010.
In 2011 Odortool was founded. Odortool moved to Estonia in 2019.

This resulted in reliable, robust performing Biological Emission Control Systems, the products changed from agricultural do it yourself, to fully automated, industrial, 365 days per year 24/7 Non-Stop Performance.

Our advanced Synthetic Filtermedia has an extreme low pressure drop which results in minimal energy needs.
Our Motor Driven Systems use a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and a high efficiency Motor (class IE3 or higher) which results in the lowest power consumption possible.
Our systems require no hazardous chemical addition, handling, or disposal.

SUSTAINABLE
WE REFURBISH AND IMPROVE OLD BIOWAY OR OTHER PROJECTS
We replace and upgrade Filtermedia, Controls and Spray Nozzles to optimize control and performance.
FILTERMEDIA EXCHANGE
Our Filtermedia proved her performance for over a decade and still provides excellent performance without exchanging it. Most installations need a filtermedia exchange after 10 years. Over time the media shrinks, pressure drop increases and overall performance decreases.
The cost for a complete filtermedia exchange is between 15 and 40% of the cost of a new installation.
BONUS
The lifetime of your complete installation will increase with another 10 to 20 years, no additional investment is needed in your existing infra structure, foundation, ductwork, etc. Sustainability with as bonus a huge annual cost saving.
