BIOGAS DESULPHURIZATION
BIOLOGICAL PROCESS
The result of a correct Biological Biogas Desulphurization process is formation of Sulfate.
In Bioreactor systems the dissolved oxygen concentration is a critical parameter for the biological degradation of H2S.
The amount of oxygen transferred to the aqueous phase is directly responsible for the formation of sulfate or elemental sulfur.
It’ s a Self-Sufficient Technology, consumables are locally available.
DESIGN REQUIREMENTS
Sufficient O2 transferred to the aqueous phase.
Correct Load of H2S per m2 surface off Filter Media.
THE RESULTS
No elemental Sulphur
No plugging of the Media
Minimal Media Exchange
Minimal Maintenance
LOW OPERATIONAL COST
GREEN TECHNOLOGY
GREEN, RELIABLE, INNOVATIVE
Odortool design focus is on green and environmental friendly solutions.
Our advanced Synthetic Filtermedia has an extreme low pressure drop which results in minimal energy needs.
Our Motor Driven Systems use a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and a high efficiency Motor (class IE3 or higher) which results in the lowest power consumption possible.
Our systems require no hazardous chemical addition, handling, or disposal.
No Chemicals or Carbon Needed
Our solutions are labelled as GREEN TECHNOLOGY!
